Our approach

Since 2019, we have kept the focus on practical grooming, clear communication, and a lower-stress experience for pets new to professional care.

The studio was founded by Luka Novak with a simple idea: grooming should feel manageable for puppies and for pets that need extra time to settle. That is why we use pre-visit guidance, quiet arrival, and a step-by-step process.

For puppies, we offer introductory sessions with scope limits rather than promising a full haircut or every grooming stage. For sensitive pets, we use comfort-led grooming and can recommend a shorter practical finish when coat condition calls for it.

We also provide a written grooming summary so owners leave with a clear picture of what was completed, what needed extra attention, and how to support coat care between visits.
